I’ve been emailed on separate occasions asking to provide details for a refund. I’m no longer an o2 customer so please stop asking me to log in to the myo2 app!
Any monies owed need to be deposited into my original payment method.

This is a customer to customer forum and we have no access to your account.
You need to contact payment management with the details you provided. If you are no longer an O2 customer and IF O2 owe you money, this is the only way to get a refund.
