So I ordered a phone but realized it was wrong color so i called for cancelation and they said just refuse the order from the delivery so i did So 1 week passed and i didnt get any money back So i texted them on the online chat and they said they will issue refund right away so ok Later after 1 month still no money refunded so i did ask again same response So its been around 50 days and i dont have my deposit back I cant call them cos my phone is trashed poor conection the reason why i tried to buy new But after this poor customer service i realy just want my money back
