Good afternoon,

I left O2 and had credit on my account. I have called O2, gave them the bank details to receive a refund, 10 days passed, but no refund received. Please advise. Thank you.

@Daina13 If you were Pay & Go then no refund would be forthcoming. Not sure about contract customers, but it's doubtful too.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You should leave your direct debit in place and any refunds due will be paid back in to your bank account.
