Refer A Friend £25 Amazon Vouchers

If you have used a friends link who works at 02 for the Amazon Vouchers... by moving to O2 from another provider How long do these normally take to come?

In my confirmation email it states 60 days.

Then when speaking to 02 they stated 90 days..... Both dates have well passed and still nothing.

You need to chase customer services as they are known to be slow with these vouchers.

This is a very long standing problem with O2 and Amazon vouchers. A search shows at least 8 posts where people have been waiting months and still not received them. Smiley Mad

I see it uses the buyapowa.com site to mediate thes Amazon Voucher issue, could that be part of the problem?
