Redeeming Audible Extra

I just accepted the Audible extra in my account, which now says "You must activate your extra before you can use it". There's an "Activate this extra" link, but when I click it it takes me to https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/null and tells me error 404.

Any ideas what I can do to get the right link? I tried calling 202 but they said it would take half an hour to speak to me and once I'd been through the entire phone tree trying to find the right option to use it just hung up on me 😞

Thanks,

Matt

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

Thanks for the advice!

Incidentally, if anyone else is seeing this at the moment, here: what I did to fix it: Absolutely nothing. But I checked several times over the course of the next day or two and somewhere between 24 and 48 hours after generating the broken link, My O2  started showing a real one that actually worked, so I guess it's a problem with the O2 website that either gets automatically or manually fixed every now and again...
