Redeem voucher code from purchase?

I have bought the OnePlus 5T from O2 which comes with a free XBOX Live 12 months gold subscription

 

I have followed this: https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/oneplus-limited-o2-xbox-live-gold-membership-gift-wi...

 

And oneplus have sent me the voucher code. This is not a valid code to be used on xbox as i have contacted them and they say it is invalid. I have spoken to OnePlus and they say it is not provided by them but O2 provide the voucher code.

 

Where can i redeem this voucher code for a 12 months XBOX Live gold code?

Everything seems to be sorted, OnePlus seemed to have corrected the issue as they needed to sort out their instruction email. Which is now fixed

However, probably best to contact the promoter http://www.onepluspromotions.claims/

The Ts & Cs state that the email with the code will contain instructions of how to claim.
If that is not the case then I would contact OnePlus (using the email in the Ts & Cs - help @ one plus promotions. claims minus the extra spaces).

I have contacted them about no instructions there, and they replied as this:

 

"I coordinated it to our team and upon checking it, I'm afraid that you've received this coupon code from O2. And regarding this matter, I suggest to kindly contact them as they will be the one who will check this on their system and they will able to give you further assistance about this matter."

 

I have also spoken with O2 about this and all they did is show me that link which i have already followed.

 

I sent them screenshots of the voucher code with no instructions too.

 

Nothing 😕

I have not seen that no, but thats exactly my issue

 

Thanks for this, the code was sent from O2.

 

So maybe O2 sent PS codes instead of XBOX?
