I have recently upgraded my phone and with it I got the recycle offer. I need to know whether I have to send my old phone to o2 myself or if it will be collected when my new phone is delivered. I cannot find any information that answers my question on the O2 recycling website. Has any one on here ever had a package deal the includes to the recycle offer and if so how did it work for you?

Okay the reason I am confused is because I have had no correspondence regarding sending my phone even though it says to use the label that you are email. At this point in time I am unsure on whether I will be sending my phone back for no one to actually realise it was being recycled.

I have not received a lable so how can I send it myself?

There will be an address on the website but make sure you send it registered, well packaged and take photographic proof of condition.
