I’ve sent my iPhone 8 Plus to recycle to 02 and payment was £260 I sent it soon as I got the packaging from o2 now got email saying they revised my payment to £205 that’s not fair if Royal Mail delivered my parcel late I sent on time really unfair

Ask for the phone back and take it into CEX. You will get a much better price for it. Sadly O2 recycle are notorious for price dropping from the original quote.

Edited to add, you may get them to increase their offer if you call them to dispute the price.

@Erm The price you were offered shouldn't have anything to do with the time it took for the phone to reach O2. Do a search on the forum and you will find many complaints about O2 Recycle. Do as @Cleoriff suggests. Get your phone returned and take it elsewhere.
