I have a recharge code.
Unfortunately, dialling "4444 / 0845 6062 277" does not work.
Is it possible to redeem the code via WEB page and if "YES", at which point?
Unfortunately, downloading the 0² app does not work.
Are there any other possibilities?

If you are in the UK, call 4444 from the phone you wish to top up.

In addition to @Cleoriff's info with the international number, 4444 should work:

Call 4444 free from your mobile anywhere in the world. If the country doesn't allow shortcode dialling, enter *111*# and press the call button. You can also use top-up vouchers abroad.

When dialling +44 7860 980 202with another phone I get a connection.
Which digit do I have to enter so that I can enter the phone number so that I can top up the credit?
Is there a quick guide for this please.

The number I gave is for customer services on PAYG when abroad. They close at 8pm on Saturday.

If the automated top up line isn't working for you, then you will have to speak to CS

They reopen at 8am tomorrow.
