I have tried all the above but still get the problem my sister lives next door to me and is a O2 user and has nothing wrong with hers could it just be my phone ?

Swap phones / sim cards with her and see if the problem follows the phone.

Actually my phone 'had a funny' last night......I was about to blame Lollipop...and then it kicked back and worked properly.....(So I had no need to get @MI5 out of bed to help me!)
