I have today placed an order for a new mobile phone. A few minutes ago, I received an email informing I must sign for delivery. As the phone is in my name, does that mean it has to be me who signs on delivery? I work 4 long days a week in a Nursing Home so will my partner who lives with me be able to sign on my behalf if I am not home?

Due to Covid, signatures are no longer required.

Instead, the courier will take a photo of the person receiving the package, so anyone at your address can receive it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
