I ordered a phone upgrade and there was a deal to get a free charging pad with official apple cases. I added the case and the charging pad was automatically added for free. My phone arrived today with the charging pad but the £45 case is nowhere to be seen. Is there a chance the case will come separately? Or has this been overlooked and should I contact customer services? I don’t want to contact them if I can avoid it due to the current lack of staff with everything going on.

Accessories usually are sent separately.

They will come separately. One of them may even be out of stock but you will get them.
