Over a number of years, I have asked O2 to STOP sending me texts to my mobile phone dozens of time - texts like "your bill is ready to view" as well as advertising! Each time they absolutely assure me that they have done this and I will no longer receive texts from O2 - then what happens - I still get texts !!!
Why is O2 so extremely bad at customer service?
Does anyonme know how to STOP O2 sending texts and mesages to my mobile phone?
Someboy please help me - it's driving me mad!

All a matter of personal choice. Whilst I wouldn't tolerate adverts I do like the text about viewing bill. Purely because if you click on the link they provide in the text... it takes you straight to the bill
