So I’ve received this email from O2 for my Apple Watch ultra on the Friday just gone, it came with a tracking number for DHL, yet when typing this tracking number and my post code into their tracking app, it says they have no record of the order?
I understand that as it was “dispatched” on the Friday that it might not be delivered until Monday, but surely there should be some update from 02/DHL about a rough delivery time or date? As it needs to be signed for, I need to make sure myself or my partner is in to take the parcel, but need some advance notice as we both work full time.
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
