Solved: Random calls and texts

I get calls and texts from people saying my number has rang or text them. Why do people not in my contacts receive calls or texts from my number?

Usually because scammers have chosen your number to use for their auto diallers.

They generally change numbers daily so it shouldn't go on for long.
