Hi,
it may be prudent to ring O2 Customer Services to enquire what was despatched to you, as the card, voucher may follow that letter.
202 : Contract Customers.
4445 : Payg Customers.
I once received a £20 Argos Voucher but received it as a Priority Moment and simply gave the code to the Argos Cashier.

HI THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE.
THERE IS NO INDICATION OTHER THAN ON THE LETTER/ORDER NOTE THAT £20 OF ARGOS GIFT CARDS WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN INCLUDED

WELL ROYAL MAIL I THOUGHT WOULD NORMALLY PLACE THE DAMAGED MAIL INTO A BAG AND CARRY ON THE POSTAGE PROCESS. BUT THEY WONT ADMIT LIABILITY UNLESS THE SENDER MAKES A CLAIM AGAINST THEM,
ITS THE SENDER WHO NEEDS TO MAKE THE CLAIM NOT THE RECIPIENT

Have you actually checked with O2 to see what they sent you?

You need to contact O2 because if the Argos voucher has been taken or misplaced, then O2 can cancel the voucher so that it is not used by anyone else as they will have a record of the voucher number.
