received e-mail saying that O2could not process my bill. Wanted me to update billing info via [link removed] I think it may be a shame. Can you check.

If it's a text it's a scam that's been doing the rounds. Report the scam text to 7726, block the number and any other numbers that arrive with a similar text. Here's how to block a number if you don't know how to do it:
