Hello, does anyone know if it's possible to put a tracker on my daughter's phone via O2?

She is vulnerable and has mental wellbeing problems. She refuses to put a tracker on her phone herself. Trying to take her phone causes conflict and will make any situation worse.

What I was hoping was that O2 have the ability to do this via the account. I would ask on live chat but it's unavailable .

Thank you

Not possible from O2.

Only via an app dependant on type of phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Is the phone an Android or an iPhone?
If you have access to the Google account then you can install a tracker on the phone, but you would not be able to access/use it without setting it up.
Alternatively most phones have a find my phone option, but again this would need to be turned on in the phone settings.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
