I've been trying to get my puk code from O2 over past 3weeks to unlock my my mobile..So I can use any similar card..Can anyone help please..

Thanks to M15@jonsie@lovemyphone @Margo for keepingme right..And giving me link re unlocking my phone..Still feel it's ridiculous.. waiting upto 6weeks.. When I've been asking customer services Todo this since 13th Nov..But alas you have heard this all before from me but much appreciated for your support..
