Hi there,
Just bought last Thursday from O2 online a new iPhone 12 mini and I collected it after two days at O2 local store as it was arranged between me and O2 sales department. The iPhone cost me ££591 something like that… and there was ne receipt inside the box. O2 local manager told me to speak to O2 about it as the should have provided you with receipt in the first place. I have spoken with customer services three times so far and any one of them told me you will receive an email of proof of purchase within 48 hours. By now is more than 100 hours and nothing yet. As from today I’ve gone abroad and I will not be back in UK for couple of months. Any advise please how to chat with customer services from abroad as I am unable to call them because it is costly from abroad. Your help would be very much appreciated. Thank you…!!!

Check in My O2 under recent orders
There should be a receipt there
If not then only customer service can help with this
