Hello there,

I need a valid proof of purchase for the Samsung S10 I recently purchased in order to claim some extras from Samsung.

I need the date of purchase to be on the proof please.

Hi @Mayhew ,

Log into myO2 via the O2 website and go to my documents, you'll get your contract there with the IMEI of your device, time&date etc.
