I have received an email stating 02 are happy to pay off the remainder of my current balance owed for my current device, if I decide to upgrade. however the offer doesn’t appear in my 02 app. I am interested in this offer, but I can’t get through to an agent to discuss it or why it’s not showing on my account.

best way to contact customer services are below:

when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Does the email not include a code to use at checkout, or your final payment may be included automatically at checkout anyway.
