I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tablet S7 FE and received an email that the product is out of stock. Since the email, I am checking the online shop page of O2 and see that the product is on sale with all colours. When I checked my bank account, I see that they took the upfront (£50) from my account. 
Is this product out of stock only for me?

Its on sale but has a delivery date of 2weeks away, so looks like o2 are awaiting more stock...
