I am trying to log in to my account to add Zone 1 bolt on, as work has resulted in me being in Australia which was unexpected.

To access my account, you have sent me 2 text messages, but I can’t get them as phone is in flight mode so I don’t get charged. This is why I need the Zone 1.

Is there anything I can do to overcome this?

Nope, you can turn off Mobile Data, and still get the SMS OTP codes.. 

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Text messages are free to receive everywhere.

I suggest you turn off data completely and then enable your mobile network to receive the texts.
