Problems activating my extra (Audible)

Hi everyone,

I just became an O2 customer (about a week ago). I subscribed to a 12-month, 80 gigs plan for £20/month and I got 6 months of Audible with it. However, whenever I try to activate it I get an 'Error: something went wrong' message. Any help? Should I just show up at a shop?

Thanks

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

How are you trying to activate it?

Are you following the link sent in the email?

Try a different browser if you can.

Just tried with both Firefox and Safari and it just didn't work. I tried to do it both via the email and through the website; the message I get everytime is

Activation error

We've encountered a problem. Please try again.
