Problem with my o2 Bluetooth headset

Hi I got a free upgrade Dec gone and got an o2 bluetooth headset as part of the upgrade.

The thing is I have fully charged this headset (I know its fully charged as made beep noise) but when I disconnect the charger I can't turn the headset on.

Can anyone help?

Hi.


If you've followed the instructions and it still won't turn on then return it back to the shop where they should have a look themselves , and swap it out for a new one if it's faulty.

Well I have charged the device until it beeped but can't understand why when I disconnect

the charger it wont turn on. If I still cant get to work I will contact o2.

It should just turn on and you pair with the phone / device.

Hopefully a member with a working knowledge of this headset will have a remedy for you.

Have you tried googling for help ?
