Priority moments gift website problems

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, I am having a problem with claiming my free voucher.

O2 are currently doing a promotion where if you buy certain mobile phones you can apply for a £20 gift voucher.

The website is http://www.o2priority.co.uk/Gift

I entered my details and waited 48 hours but still no email and its now been a week.

The website states that if you haven't heard anything after 48 hours to give them a call.

I am unable to get the phone number to give them a call as clicking on the contact us tab results in an Error 138 so how am I supposed to get in touch to let them know there is a problem?

Anybody else having this problem or know of any technical difficulties with the website?

Thanks in advance.

ok, when I purchased my phone a week ago I received a gift card and website details how to claim the £20 voucher.

I went to the website and entered the gift card number and IMEI number and email details and then waited a week (within 48 hours they will be emailed was stated) and checked emails and spam but heard nothing.

When trying to get help on the website the tabs and links were not working so I am thinking it must have been technical difficulties as I have tried again this morning and they are working again.

Anyway phoned o2 today 0844 8090222 from landline and the girl was very helpful, explained that there had been technical difficulties and took the gift card details again.

She said I should receive the voucher in my email within the next 72 hours due to high volume of people having problems with claiming their vouchers, so fingers crossed I should receive it soon.

Check your junk (spam) folder to see if the email is there. The number to call for help is 4445 from your PAYG mobile. It does also say that you will get a leaflet when you buy the phone to tell you how to claim your voucher so I don't think the email is mandatory prior to purchase of one of the phones included in the deal.

Pretty sure you don't see vodaphone on the O2 website or in store. Stop making things up:P

Right have you tried contacting CS?
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

Smiley Very Happy Have been told twice by cs to go to the shop, which i did and received a new voucher each time both have failed. Web chat keeps coming up as to busy and i don't see why i should have to pay to contact o2 for their failings.

If there was such a thing as cs they should be the one's ringing me.

Having the same problem - bought two blackberrys and got two £20 vouchers, tried to enter the details online and says invalid claim number!

Called customer services (cost me for the call), reported issue with one of the vouchers, was told I would be contacted by email, hey ho, no email yet.

Come on O2, you are making this difficult/impossible for customers to claim. This will back fire on you, get your customer service right, you dont want to make this easy for us do yoou really?????

Considering I fork out £60 a month on O2 mobile contract/topups, not impressed......

OK, for others, if you have problems phone customer services on

Customer Service from contract phone
From your O2 mobile 202 Free

Customer Service from PAY As You Go Phone
From your O2 mobile 4445 25p per call

and they will register the voucher details and within 28 days you should be emailed the voucher for redemption

If I dont hear back in 28 days I will update this post.

Dunno why it has to be so complicated and why using the web address wont allow you to redeem the vouchers..
