Hi,
I got a text from o2 saying I got a gift for being with them for 3 years and to just open up priority moments, now I have never had a problem with moments before and the first time I went on it, it worked fine. About an hour or so later I tried to get back onto it but now every time it keeps saying "Sorry! the application Priority Moments (process com.goldengekko.o2pm) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again". I have tried a soft reset and uninstalling the updates and re installing but nothing seems to be working, it will not let me log in on a pc either, it comes up with
"Server Error
I have no idea what to do now, thank you in advance for a reply!

Why oh why can 02 not get this sorted?, it is a joke.
A reward for your loyalty and yet it only works on wifi, no one can get it to work on 3g, the 02 guru in my local store tried for over an hour and said "i don't know, it's not working on 3g" thanks then.
I have missed out on loads of stuff because of this and it's damn annoying, even the app page on google play is full of comments saying it only works on wifi.
What are you playing at 02? get it sorted.
It is as if you seem to be the only people that don't know it's not working.
Oh and by the way, if one more person says re install it ill go nuts, and i have spent 20 mins on the web chat only to be cut off.
Don't you want to get it sorted because it seems you are sticking your heads in the sand.
Had to be said but as with all the other people at 02 i have contacted you won't do anything about it but at least i have had my say.

the ios app works 2g 3g and wifi I very rarley use it but works with any connection whenever I use it.
