I'm having toruble accessing the 3 year anniversary offer from o2. I've been into store twice and called customer services but no-one can help. When I click on the offer in priority moments it crashes with a message saying that the process com.goldengekko.o2pm has stopped. I've tried reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, just trying again the following day, etc and I'm still having the same problem. All other priority moment offers work fine. The offer isn't available online so I have to get it working on my phone.
Can anyone here offer a solution?
