I've purchased two lots of £10 credit over the past few months, and have just registered my email address for myO2

I cant see anything in "Previous orders" for these top-ups

Is there another way to get a VAT invoice?

It's not possible to get a receipt of any type for PAYG except the actual top up voucher if you used that method.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
