02476937770 is a premium number as they can let the call drag on. I know this because I'm off the phone with o2 about the number being a premium number an I'm raging over it.

DHL doesn't say that they use a premium number on people as its a ****** service

@Gogeta

It isn't a premium number.

It's a standard landline on the Coventry exchange.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Who told you it was a premium number? How much have you been charged for calling it? They can't let the call carry on once you have terminated the call on your handset. Are you sure you haven't called the number in error, possibly when the phone was in your pocket? The number is covered by your allowances so you would only be charged if you had used up your minutes.
