Hi; I’ve ordered an Apple Pencil on O2 accessories last week, and it looks still pending, so i contacted the stuff they said this transaction is unsuccessful, so my money will be automatically back to my account after 48H.

But it’s 48h already I still haven’t received my money so I contacted my bank but they said I need to provide a proof shows that this payment is unsuccessful. So I contacted O2 again just now but I don’t know why the stuff  just hang up on me after I describe my problem.

just want to know what’s going on and can provide a proof for me or ??

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

Your bank will release the funds between 24hrs and 7 days after the transaction, and the banks wont do anything until the 7th day, this even applies to Monzo and Revolut.

Most merchants wont provide the proof until the 7days have expired as per the card issuer rules.
