@Dazzasundies Ports do not happen on the weekends. You'll need to speak to customer service in the morning. 8-8.30 am is the best time to call. In the meanwhile, reboot your phone every few hours to see if the port completes, but it may not until Tuesday.

Goto settings >phone >my number and check it is showing the number that has been ported. If not, edit and save it, then reboot the phone.
