Hello,I am new to O2. I bought 12 months sim only contract and pass PAC code to O2 for porting. Actually, I am keen to retain my mobile number, which I have since last 14 years. To keep story short,
I passed PAC code on 29 July and after 24 hours my O2 sim stopped working. O2 Online account showing my original number which suppose to ported but have no signals in my mobile. Seems porting process is partially completed.Now it’s 3 weeks, I contacted several times to customer services but no resolution. They escalated this twice but still matter is pending. I am keep asking that please give me options or time frame but seems that no one cares in O2.
So far non professional and horrible experience, I am without mobile and they kept deducting money from my account.
please advise me, I am so frustrated now.
