Today my previous number should be ported to my new SIM but my new SIM shows "no service".  I have tried turning the device on and off a few times, but no luck.  Any ideas anyone?

number ports are taking longer than usual, you need to keep trying switching the phone off and on until it completes

Thank you Lorna.  As you say, it took longer than usual but it certainly happened with no complication.  Great service.

Can you just confirm @Jeannie1, what date did you put the request in and when did the new sim start?
Just wondering so we have an idea of how long it takes...
