Hello all,
Very new here so please bare with me.
I have Ported my old number to my new 02 sim. I requested this last Thursday and my Vodafone network dropped off around 1230 today.
My new 02 sim is still showing as the temp number i was given. Is there anything i need you do to set my old porter number onto this sim?
Im assuming it takes a while for the number to show/work on the new sim, but i just want to make sure thete is nothing else i need to do. ( i have a samsung, and i know on I phones you sometimes have to manipulate update phone number) i am traveling in uk and using google maps at the moment so want to make sure its not me who delays!
Sorry if this info is somewhere, I've been looking but seems like i can't quite figure it out.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Keep rebooting your phone with the O2 sim in until the porting is completed
