Poor signal

Hi. I have very poor signal at my house but it used to be very good. I have reported it but the signal is still so bad I sometimes have to leave my house & go outside when I am talking on the phone otherwise it keeps cutting out

Sounds like using WiFi Calling at home would be of use

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
