There was some work done upgrading the equipment at the cocklebury road mast in Chippenham a month or 2 ago and ever since my signal is 2 bars and my data / call quality has gone out the window. If I go further out away from this mast and pick up another I have full signal and great data speeds / calls.
How can I report this and get this fixed please ?

Usually report it via the My Network app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
Or call O2 using any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
