I ordered Samsung galaxy flip 3 for my upgrade order which was to be delivered next day but after my order processed and upfront of £200 paid I got the message we are out of stock and your delivery would be done shortly I called the customer service and they told me it should only an extra day but today after 4 days of my order I am still awaiting my delivery and when I call customer service after 50 minutes they pick up the call and say it can take upto 10 mores days for the phone to which I requested to cancel my order but still I have no confirmation is my order cancelled or not.

Out of stock seems to be completely normal these days
O2 are increasingly devoid of business etiquette
