I'm getting poor to zero reception in Plymouth, expecially in the Bretonsite, Vauxhall Street and Citadel Road areas.  Has anyone else gotr these problems?  I've a 5g sim on an I-Phone 12

Check for faults here O2 Service Status

If it's not a 5g area, change your network to 4g,

There are probably repairing or upgrading a mast near you. Check here https://status.o2.co.uk/

You can also download the My Network app and report it https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

O2 never give timescales for mast repairs. There are too many factors involved.

It's a 5g area. The fault has been going on for many months with my signal going or breaking up badly on parts of those streets when I'm driving.
