Poor Customer Service

Anonymous
Not applicable

I've been trying for over 2 weeks to renew a contract and upgrade my phome.

Do O2 really think its ok to continually expect customers to wait in excess of 30 minutes to talk to someone?

I've had it - you've lost another long term customer.

Vodaphone and EE actually answer their calls.

I'm now convinced it would be easier to get to the moon than get some sense from O2.

Phones are still busy and have been all morning.

Managed to get through to a Live Chat operator who took all my details but couldn't give me a PAC code.
He transferred me to someone who could, took all my details again and was ever so sorry I wanted to leave.

He was so sorry that after me having asked numerous times for a PAC code he promised to sort out a cracking upgrade then ended the chat.

30 minutes wasted and back to square 1.

Not only am I now completely fed up with O2, I'm paying for a service I don't want because I have no way of cancelling it.

(Live Chat operators are all busy again now)
