Pocket WiFi 2 Problems

Hi There

 

I was wondering if someone could help?

 

I have a pocket Wifi 2 dongle with an 02 Sim card in it, the dongle has full signal and my Ipad will pick up the wifi but all the screen on the dongle shows is that is is connecting and then it disconnects it does this over and over again does anyone know a solution for this?

Remove the sim and give it a wipe.

 

Have you contacted o2 Customer Services to see that your account is ok.

 

The numbers are in the 'contact us' tab at the foot of this page.

Hi,

 

 

have you tried pressing the 'forget the network' and trying again ?

Hi,

 

Yep i have tried that as well. 

 

The dongle connects and shows it has full signal and 3g and i can pick up the wifi with my Ipad and laptop but cant actually use the internet. Then the screen on the dongle says disconnecting and then it re connects and does this over and over again
