I ordered the iphone 15 pro max but then got an email thats its not in stock when will it be in stock been waiting couple of days now for a response

I would work on 4 -6 weeks going on Apple's current lead times...  

Make sure you get a case as the iPhone Pro Max back glass smashes very easily...

4 to 6 weeks will be for Apple to get stock.

Only O2 can tell you if they expect the same time frame @Safaa
