Phone use abroad

Hi

 

I am going to Italy tomorrow and have been made aware that i may need to activate my phone to be used abroad. Is this so and if so how do i go about activating it

You shouldn't need to activate but if you intend to use the phone as you do at home you need to make sure you have the o2 travel bolt on.
Check in the bolt on section of your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
