Phone unlocking

Been wait on word from 02 to ry to unlock my iPhone 8 Plus I have had not word then went to live chat yesterday to try they said I should get a email a couple of hours still nothing please help thanks

Edited to add, once the unlock has been processed then keep rebooting your phone

Any phone can be unlocked now. The restriction on iPhones was lifted months ago...

Use the link in My O2. All phones can be unlocked free now (some restrictions about mode type still exist)
