Do you have any insurance cover at all?

O2 insurance details here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/digital-services/o2-insurance

Banks and household cover may also provide mobile insurance, so check your policies if needed.

If no insurance, you will need to pay for a repair https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/device-repairs

Or try the phones manufacturer or local repair shops.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Depending on how old your handset is, whether you have insurance and how badly damaged it is, another alternative is to sell it on ebay as "for spares or not working". You could then start afresh.

Your big problem with any sale or repair will be clearing personal data from your 'phone before you hand it over.
