Phone number change over

I'm still waiting for my phone number to change over, I did the Pac on Thursday in the o2 shop. It's from EE to o2. Any idea why it hasn't transferred over.

It will be due to the timing. There is no porting over the weekend https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number 

It will be Monday or Tues at the earliest.

Keep rebooting your phone then if nothing happens you need to message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
