I ordered a phone on Sunday, and it still hasnt arrived, it was supposed to be next day delivery. I was just wondering how to track the phone, i have recieved an email that my order went through and was valid. However, ive not recieved an email since. I was just wondering if O2 had an email or if this has happened to anyone before? thanks!

but if not showing any details you need to call customer service for help Guide: How to find help & contact O2
If you haven't received a dispatch email it won't have left O2 yet though, so customer service definitely need to advise.
