On my O2 account I started with a iPhone 5 and recently I have upgraded myself to a iPhone 7. On my account it is still showing a iPhone 5, I don't mind all this BUT I have noticed one thing and that is that my iPad is not ringing when my phone does it used to before and I could answer calls from my iPad.
Can anyone please help me with this, also I don't get my emails on my phone so it could be something which isn't synced right but what???

Those issues are nothing to do with what phone it says in your MyO2.
You need to ensure you have enabled calls on other devices in Settings >Phone and the email is probably going to need deleting and setting up again.
Check your passwords and settings are correct when doing so
