I tried to order a Meta Quest 3 on a payment plan, paying £90 deposit. For some reason, the screen froze and it bumped me back to input my details again, however the £90 is still sitting as a pending transaction in my PayPal, since 22/11/24.
I have emptied the 02 basket (I did it the same day) but the charge is still pending.
I spoke to someone the same day at 02 and he said the pending transaction would drop off within 10 days.
How do I get this removed?
Additionally, I am not an 02 customer for phone, etc. so I don’t have My 02.
